The Debates
So, I turn on the TV at 9PM tonight to not only find there was no Office tonight (see the previous post), but that at least 8 stations are covering the same damn thing, the Vice Presidential Debate. Eight. Not 2 or 3. Not a reasonable amount. 8. That’s outrageous. When all I wanted to do tonight was sit back and watch The Office I have to watch Sarah Palin make an idiot out of herself again, and Joe Biden talk about Barack Obama.
There’s a couple things wrong with this. One. We have been bombarded with all this election crap for almost 2 years now. Can anyone say longest election ever??? I don’t care if we are one month away from the polls, I want to watch The Office tonight. Two. Thousands of others and I waited 5 months for the mogul execs to finally settle down the writers. Then, we waited again while the show took a summer off. Now, I’m made to wait by NBC because they think they will get better ratings than airing The Office tonight. Call me a whiner, but this is the sort of thing that’s wrong with big moguls today. Wow. I said that and we aren’t even in the middle of a strike.
Things need to change…
Also, I’ve got my TV on FoxNews since I really don’t want to change to NBC at all tonight.

I think 8 stations should cover The Office. Also, I heart Sarah Palin.
